The emerging leader

This intensive and hands-on programme focuses on cultivating leadership qualities. The training programme consists of four blocks, each starting with an in-person (or virtual) training session followed by a personal assignment using a current business problem as baseline. A final presentation to the line managers demonstrates the learner's newly acquired skills to end off the programme.
