4 STUDY BLOCKS OF 4 DAYS EACH OVER A 6 - 8 MONTH PERIOD

This intensive and hands-on programme focuses on developing practical leadership skills. The training consists of four blocks, each starting with an in-person training session and followed by a personal assignment based on a project at work. A final presentation to the line managers demonstrate the newly acquired skills and completes the programme.
